The Collaborative Law Institute of Texas is committed to uphold and defend the collaborative law process through:
1. Service
- Providing excellent service to our members through training, practice-building, mentoring and public education.
2. Leadership
- Developing visionary and innovative approaches to promote and institutionalize the collaborative law process.
- Searching for and disseminating ever-improving techniques for the practice of collaborative law.
- Promoting the expansion of collaborative law to other fields of law.
3. Community Building Bringing together individuals and practice groups by:
- Providing a central forum for communication among collaborative law practitioners.
- Providing outreach to law schools, the judiciary and the bar to recruit and train more Collaborative Law practitioners.
- Providing outreach and education for other disciplines.
